We recently held our annual staff retreat in Vancouver! During our retreat members of our team were grateful to attend the Indigenous Centre for Cumulative Effect’s (ICCE) conference, which was an amazing learning and sharing opportunity. To finish the conference on an excellent note, we held an amazing dinner with our current team, our former employee Richard Truman, some of our clients, and some of our family members.
We also held a strategy session where we reviewed our past accomplishments and learning opportunities, and brainstormed ideas to make our team even stronger.
As Odonaterra’s longest employee of five years, we presented Fiona Wirz-Endrys with an award to recognize her tireless dedication and exceptional work.
We ended our week off with a team building day where we took ourselves to great heights by crossing the Capilano Suspension Bridge!
As remote workers, it was a true pleasure to spend the week together in-person. Odonaterra is so thankful to have such an intelligent, hardworking, and fun team. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for the company and for our awesome clients!
