Chloe Hehn

University of Waterloo CO-OP Student
Community Resilience Planning Assistant

I’m an Honours Psychology student at the University of Waterloo, currently completing an eight-month co-op placement at Odonaterra as a Community Resilience Planning Assistant. I bring strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills to my work and have a deep interest in Indigenous-led planning and sustainable community development.

My academic foundation includes coursework in cultural sensitivity and anti-oppressive practices, including the development of an anti-colonial framework that centered Indigenous perspectives.

My previous experience as a Crime Analyst co-op student with Peel Regional Police strengthened my abilities in research, data analysis, and report writing, as I supported initiatives addressing mental health, addiction, and intimate partner violence. I’m passionate about contributing to meaningful, community-driven change through thoughtful and collaborative approaches.
